All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. PRIZE (1): trip for two people to San Francisco, California, consisting of roundtrip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s residence, three (3) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one night in San Francisco and two nights at Sponsor’s private Napa Valley guest house only available Sunday-Thursday), dinner for two at Franciscan Vineyards, and $500 cash towards ground transportation (maximum retail value: $3,500). Prize does not include alcoholic beverages. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner’s responsibility. Travel is subject to space and departure availability and trip must be completed by 2/28/09. Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. WINNER will be selected on or about 3/7/08 in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, an independent judging agency whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by mail and required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within 14 days of the date on the notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Winner’s travel companion must be 21 years of age or older at time of winner notification and will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution for prize, unless at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, photographs, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
